I've never felt more connected to the earth then I felt in these moments. My contractions were getting more intense so my husband brought me outside. I instantly felt at ease and took in all the energy that our mother earth was offering. With the warm sun kissing my face and the cool spring breeze dancing around me...

we were connected... 

there was an energy in our backyard that even my doula felt.

It was magical!!
